The whole film is based on social castes, and on the balance that can be formed only if everyone is in the right place, (very nice the part where Mason is thrown the shoe and she says: “a shoes doesn’t belong on your head, a shoe belong on your foot, a head belongs on your head, I’m a HAT, you’re a SHOE” . I recently discovered that a Netflix prequel series was made, I will watch it soon. Gradually we have more and more information but we know that something miss, something that will only be revealed at the end and as the film continued, the characters cross and go on the train discovering new things, they see how people live in first class. I liked a lot the fact that there’s a real history of the train, in school part (u’ll see in the clip on my yt channel) we see that the kids even study this history, all the riots, when they happened, how they have been stopped and in which vagon they arrived, in this regard, the tv series is set before this film and we already know how it will end more or less, Curtis will be the first, in a total of years in which the train rages around the world, to go so far, up to the head where he will discover the sad truth The interior of the train and the production design of this film is absolutely fantastic, the CGI isn’t perfect, on the other hand, I can’t blame them, the budget was what it was. Ambitious, original, wacky, fun, fast, action, packed and violent, we know that Bong is a real expert in putting different genres into the same film, he did it in this film as on parasite, he was really good
