HoloHands: Kinect control of holographic optical tweezers

This is an example of our HoloHands program which allows a user to control a holographic optical tweezers system using a Kinect. In this example two individual trapping spots are controlled by the hands of the user, and a simple range of functionality - moving, locking in place and picking up again of the particles is shown.
