I, Jake Schoeder, video recorded the blowing of the Titanic’s whistles on February 1999 at Union Depot, St. Paul, MN. The free whistle-blowing ceremony was held outside the old Union Depot in St. Paul, MN, where other artifacts from the Titanic are on display.
