Ingredients:
For the Sausages
5 - 6 medium banger sausages (You can use the sausage of your choice.)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Mashed
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed (You can use the potatoes of your choice.)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter (Use more if necessary.)
2 tablespoons milk (Use more if you want them creamier.)
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Onion Gravy
1 medium red onion, cut into slices (You can use yellow or the onion of your choice.)
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1⁄2 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
Sausage Selection: Opt for budget-friendly sausages such as pork or chicken sausages. You can choose your favorite flavor, whether it’s plain, herbed, or spicy. Just ensure they are fully cooked sausages, as we’ll be smothering them in a sauce.
