VESC updates from the past months (App, profiles, UAVCAN, more...)

This is what I have been working on regarding the VESC software the past months (probably 500 hours of work). I was planning to release things sooner, but as I added a lot of new things a lot of stuff broke on the way. Now things are starting to become stable though, and the release is quite close. There are also many new things not covered in the video, but it is quite long as it is. Maybe I will make another demo soon.
