25 MIN TONED ARMS & ABS Workout at Home

Arms & abs workout for day two! Subscribe and turn on notifications for workouts Monday-Friday! Today’s workout is all about toning our arms & core. Possibly my biggest transformation from my trainer’s programming was my abs, and many of the women from Leo Sculpt saw the same result. So I’m excited to continue sharing these new workouts written by Ben. It’s designed to sculpt not create bulk. If you don’t have any equipment, I included alternatives but today we’ll be using a light miniband, and a few light dumbbells like 2.5 lbs, and 5 lbs. I also have 7.5 lbs but i could have gone up to a 10lb weight. Only one exercise absolutely needs a band, so skip that one if you don’t have it. “I AM CAPABLE.“ That’s what I want you to remember as you are working through each of these exercises today. Every time it gets hard, repeat that in your mind. I am capable. With that, let’s get started :) And if you’re looking for a full fitness program, join Leo Sculpt here: To create the fitness program (and this workout), I teamed up with my industry-leading trainer, @BenCrosswhite, who has worked with multiple Miss USA contestants, celebrities, and pro athletes. He created a three-phase system of exercises and nutrition that build upon each other to achieve results. 🔗 My workout equipment: 🎵 Music I created this playlist on MusicBed.
