铁链子 IRON CHAIN

The Iron Chain 铁链 子 is a basic exercise for developing special strength and explosive power in the waist and arms. It is composed of rings of different sizes with handles at both ends, the length is adapted to the practitioner and goes from the right hand to the left shoulder. The iron chain is very different from similar exercises performed with the belt: with the chain you develop a force that pulling, with the belt a force that shaking. In each exercise the chain is extended until each link is locked. Very important basic work for traditional wrestlers, but also for all martial arts practitioners.
