Mongolia ignored the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant against Vladimir Putin and rolled out a red carpet for him during his high-profile trip. It was the Russian President’s first trip to a ICC member country since it issued a warrant for his arrest in 2023 over alleged war crimes in Ukraine.
