Protesters have taken to streets to condemn Israel’s assassination of Nasrallah. In Turkey, protesters gathered outside the Israeli embassy in capital city Ankara on Saturday night, hours after Hezbollah confirmed the Nasrallah’s death. Protesters carried pictures of Nasrallah and white flags and chanted slogans. In Iraq, angry demonstrators gathered near the US embassy in Baghdad. Protesters carried flags of Hezbollah and chanted “Death to US” and “Death to Israel”. Anti-Israel demonstrations also took place in several Iranian cities. Nasrallah was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Beirut a day earlier.
