SENSEI RICK HOTTON SEMINAR: Karate + Aikido | ft. Sensei Melissa Bell

It was an honor to participate once again and train with the magnificent Rick Hotton Sensei. It was an even greater privilege to be Sensei Hotton’s “Uke” (partner) for the majority of his demonstrations. He truly has been one of my mentors over the last few years, and has greatly influenced my karate training and views on martial arts as a whole.
