Title:- SCO Council of Foreign Ministers In Goa #uncut India chaired the SCO council of foreign ministers in Panji, Goa today. Indian Minister of External Affairs, Dr. S. Jaishankar, welcomed the Foreign Ministers of member states including China and Pakistan. In his operning statement, Dr. Jaishankar talked about the vision of PM Modi as “SECURE“. He emphasized an stern action against terrorism including cross border terrorism; inclusion of English language in SCO and possibility of joining of Iran and Belarus as members of SCO besides engagement with 4 new dialogue partners in SCO. Dr. Jaishankar pointed out events that India hosted and talked about collaborative efforts for a successful SCO Heads of States meeting under its presidency.
