Yekermo Sew

Yekermo Sew is on the Mulatu Astatke’s Ethiopiques CD - collected from his bands from the 1960s. This song was in the movie Broken Flowers and can be heard often on NPR programs, especially This American Life. This arrangement is played on the G minor tuned African Karimba (made by the Hugh Tracey people).
