Aisslinn Nosky and Ensemble Play Vivaldi

Concertmaster and lead faculty Aisslinn Nosky brings a unique dynamism to her violin playing. Her recent performance of Violin Concerto RV 315, “Summer“ by Antonio Vivaldi, 3rd movement “Presto“ with participants from the Evolution of the String Quartet residency is no exception. The ensemble performance embodies the core tenets of the residency, exploring the string quartet as both a historical genre and a new, invigorating practice adapted for the 21st century. Playing alongside Nosky are: Anna Lester, Martine Thomas, Rebecca Ruthven, Leah Plave, Alexa Ciceretti, Eloise Hodges, and Chloe Prendergast. ​
