My daily hand stretching

a bit awkward ehhhh... camera angle and height are also messed up... (btw it was the first and only take xd) The most important thing is that you need to move and stretch your hands in any possible way(i mean different positions). Putting your hands into a warm water for 2-3 minutes is a great idea too. And don’t forget to keep your back straight, eyes on the same level as your monitor’s top, elbows at 90 degrees.
