I want to ask you all to pause whatever you’re doing right now.  Pause and close your eyes.  Breathe in and out and ask yourself, what are you grateful for today?  Feel the air that’s going through your nose and the breeze that’s blowing through your hair. You are alive and breathing, you are present. You woke up today and another new day is waiting for you. You might start your day with a hot steaming coffee or tea or even just a cold glass of water this morning are the simple things that are sometimes we forget to be grateful for.
