My Salvation4 Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.. And psalm 51 we see the patriarch David going through a very difficult time is life we see David having sinned against the Lord and that guilt of what he had done was very difficult for him to bear. My prayer for each of us when we sin against the Lord which we do everyday may the guilt that we experience be unbearable to us because we know our creator does not like it. One of the last things that we want children of God is to become comfortable with our sin. when we sin we want to be so in tune with him that we too do not like it to when we sin just as God does not like it. May our lives as children of God be lives of constant attempts to leave our sins behind and lives of constantly forgiving others when they sin against us. David as a confession to God after he sinned with Bathsheba. The psalm forms a regular part of Jewish, Catholic, Eastern Orthodox and Protestant liturgies. A P
