Boasting a massive 46“ vertical jump Taylor Sander knows a thing or two about power and explosiveness. The former Olympian and current Professional Beach Volleyball player visited the REP HQ to give us the inside scoop on how he trains. He takes us through the warm up and strength protocols he uses to stay healthy while building power to jump high and swing hard enough to put craters in Earth’s crust with a volleyball. We then took what we worked on in the gym and brought it to the courts for some fun in the sand.
