In keeping with his own race ancestry, Saleen designed this track-ready chassis utilizing very precise components. The car’s proven Macpherson Strut and Panhard Rod set up, which is derived from racing and performance applications, offers some of the purest handling found in any OEM street car. Behind the supercharged engine, a rugged Tremec 5-speed manual drives a tall rear end that makes for spectacular wheel spin and astounding acceleration. And ample grip is supplied by 20 inch Vossen wheels which spin 265/35 Nitto Extremes in front of 305/35 Nitto Extreme Drags.
