This one is an intense leg workout focusing on inner thighs to tighten and tone them! ➞ No equipment, NO EXCUSES! ♥︎ ▪️MY TIPS: • Try not to take any breaks in between the exercises, but if you need to, just take them. You will improve over time. :) • Try to keep your knees behind your toes when you squat down.
