Mud Run Training

A great example of the programming for a mud run type of workout. One of the most important components often over looked in mud run training is your ability to land safely when jumping down/off obstacles, especially when tired. So you’ll see that’s why I have you doing 50 box hops. I mixed mine up. The program also consists of bouts of pushing/pulling, hill sprints and speed work.
