Daddy shaved his beard

Daddy shaves his beard while playing pika-boo with by covering face with his daughter, once the little girl gets established with the game, dad runs off and shaves his beard. He keeps his face covered and assumes the pika-boo with the baby - and the kids freak out and don’t know what to do. Dad doesn’t know either - the baby looks around and starts crying.
