I used lyrics from the Swedish sleaze metal band @realcrashdiet in an AI-tool to create an ”album“ of sorts, consisting of - not covers - but totally reimagined tracks. It’s not perfect by any means. For example, you can definitely hear some artifacts in the singing (almost auto-tune’ish) at times. The structure of the songs can be a bit off, and the software adds a quirk here and there. After a few tries, I was able to produce listenable and pretty enjoyable tracks from the originals.
