Almost Crash - Glider flies into IMC - What could happen if Pilot gets spatial disorientation

Hi All, Short video today showing glider flying into the clouds. One of the most common reason of incidents and accidents in General Aviation is flight into IMC (Instrument Meteorological Conditions) by either non trained pilot or with inappropriately equipped airplane. Of course in this case I am not judging pilot skills or training level but in this particular glider there is no artificial horizon nor turn indicator, which makes it impossible to control the airplane horizontally without reference to ground (or at least tops of clouds). Unintentional (or unfortunately intentional) flights into IMC in most cases lead to CFIT due to loss of spatial orientation or airplane disintegration in flight due to excessive speed or G-forces.
