Ayahuasca icaros - Shipibo medicine songs for healing

Recorded with permission in the Peruvian Amazon at the Ayahuasca Foundation, October 2015. This is raw, unedited audio from a live ayahuasca ceremony led by Don Enrique Lopez. I feel it’s important to maintain the integrity of the recording therefore the purging sounds have not been edited out. The Shipibo refer to purging as “getting well;“ it’s an integral part of the healing process.
