The Oerlikon Skyranger 30, developed by Rheinmetall Air Defence AG (formerly Oerlikon), is a short-range air defense turret system that was initially unveiled in March 2021. It serves the purpose of equipping ground units with a mobile system that can engage various targets, including fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft, Group I and II unmanned aerial systems (UAS), loitering munitions, and cruise missiles.
