The 16th International Military Music Festival Spasskaya Tower has come to a close with a stunning ceremony in Moscow. This year around 30 groups took part in the event, including 11 foreign groups from Belarus, Venezuela, Guinea, Egypt, China, Thailand, Turkey and South Africa
