Direware Solo V4 Guest Blade: Finely Crafted Manly Desk Jewelry

Here’s my review of the Direware Solo V4, by Eric Tullis. This is a knife genre not normally seen on TheApostleP channel, and frankly, it’s a bit outside my wheelhouse. However, there is a reason for that, aside from the cost of blades like this -- I’m generally not a fan of knives without a useful purpose as real tools. The Solo V4 falls into a relatively new category of folding knives, the “over-built tactical“ category. In general, knives of this type are in reality neither overbuilt nor tactical.
