Agape - Love: FROM THE HEART OF GOD Hidden in the secret places of your heart are the issues that cause you to stumble and the wellspring of life that causes you to waters and sweet - death and life - and the power of both can flow across your tongue to be poured out through lips of condemnation or lips of praise and thanksgiving. The choice is yours to make. Choose well. If you fill your mind with thoughts of defeat, violence,anger, betrayal, unforgiveness, hate, suspicion, infidelity, revenge, anger, perversion,and such as the world has to offer, those things will take up residence in your soul. You will find the evidence of this as you take account of the words that you speak each day, for it is a true and faithful saying, that “Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.” If criticism is a pattern in your speech, then you have taken a judgmental heart attitude and are in league with a critical spirit. See to it that you repent quickly and turn instead to an attitude of overflowing grace and mercy in situations that irritate you. This is not to say that you are to come into agreement with spiritual darkness and actions or words spoken by others that do not align with My words. It is to say that you do not overstep your boundaries by trying to take My place on the judgment seat. I am the Judge. Yours is to rightly divide My Word by bringing situations to My throne for the answers you need. I do not say to agree with darkness. I say to step fully into the light of My words and My decisions for you. I do not say to cause others to stumble, but to speak the words I give you - words that will be filled with the light of My love, even as I give words of correction. Remember your position in Me. Remember that you are My child - My son - My daughter and that you are an heir to My kingdom. You must live,think, act, and speak as an heir full of mercy and grace, just as your Lord and King does. Hate evil. Love Good. And remember: I AM GOOD. So love what I love, give as I give, do as I do, forgive as I have forgiven you, lay your life upon My altar as I have laid Mine upon the altar of My Father’s love. Are you My child? Consider how the stars above you pour forth speech day after day, declaring My glory. And consider this when you speak: do your words also declare My glory? Day after day and night after night, what is the language of your heart? For it spills forth through your lips and will echo throughout the halls of eternity. By your words you will be justified and your love for your King and for others will be made known. Or, by your words, your heart of bitterness and death will be exposed, and your judgment will be set. You cannot change the issues of your heart by any means other than humility and true abiding in Me. My words will teach you, but you must choose to let them reign in your life. You will find them in scripture, but you will understand them only in a personal and dedicated relationship with Me. When you begin to hear the words of your mouth and pay attention to the things you choose to think about and meditate on, you will begin to see the issues of your heart that have been hidden in the inner recesses of its chambers. You will begin to see where darkness and disobedience have taken you captive. You will begin to recognize the things that have opened those doors, and by your choice to rid yourself of them, you will be able to cast them down and out. You will not be alone to do this, for My Spirit will bless you with the help you need. Yours is the choice to pursue this path. Mine is to be your sword and strength and your righteous right hand of help. It is easy to clean up the outer man or woman. But the issues of the heart will require a dedication to walk in holiness to which you have been called, and a lifegiving love for your King. I am looking into every heart in this hour to see those who are truly Mine. My invitation to you is that you will courageously seek Me while I may be found and follow hard and close on My heels - in My footsteps - by your own choice - as the process of your sanctification brings deeper cleansing, greater intimacy, and purification to tear down all that separates us from each other. I see your efforts. I know your heart and the depth of your love.
