OCATRACK + OLD VINYL RECORD SAMPLING (PART 2)

Here I sample from two old hip-hop records and used the samples to produce a techno track. A Capella is a great source for expressive vocals in your tracks. On the other hand, beats without vocals can be used for slicing individual cool percussion sounds like hi-hat, snare, kick etc. I usually sample with the Octatrack and then arrange the beats/ slices/ samples in a track.
