注:
1.烤箱要用指定温度(这个食谱220c)预热至少15分钟再烤, 我用上下火设定,不开旋风。放中层烤。
2.别烤过头,不然上面会变很黑,就会有苦味哦。
Note:
need to be preheated at specified temperature(this recipe: 220c) for at least 15minutes before baking, I use upper lower heat, without fan force oven settings, bake in middle rack
2. don’t overbake the cheesecake, or else top will become black and taste bitter.
