- Kai Locomotion System is a template animation blueprint.
- You fill a locomotion data asset with appropriate animations (starts, stops , loops etc..) Minimum required animations are 4 directional starts, 4 directional loops, 4 directional stop. you can use same set for all gaits (you still have to fill them, you can right click on entire sections in data asset to copy and paste to fill repetitive things faster).
- Uses Distance And Rotation Matching to play the animations according the character’s physics to eliminate foot sliding.
- Supports 3 speed gaits and crouch
- Supports custom jumps (such as directional jumps)
- Supports custom Land animations (such as hard land or roll land that can be played as root motion montages)
- Supports Runtime Animation Set Switching
- Foot Lock Transitions
- User Friendly Per Body Part Masking System
