EXE6: Mod Cards Stun Lock Glitch

Played on EXE6 English patch for clarity for English viewers. 137-A037 ToadMan and 137-B045 ColdMan have Charge Shot additions that can paralyze and freeze the enemy, however it is reliant on random chance. When those chips are paired up with Negative Ability “BDown ChargeShot“, that removes your mod cards charge shot entirely, it turns that random chance of paralyzation and freeze into 100% chance.
