Po’Boy 🍤 #shorts

Po’Boy Ingredients - Sub rolls - Iceberg lettuce, finely sliced - Tomatoes, sliced - Po’ Boy sauce - Fried shrimp or prawns Method 1. Slice the sub and add the sauce to both sides 2. Next add the lettuce, tomato and the fried prawns/shrimp 3. Enjoy! Ingredients Po’ Boy sauce - 3 tbsp mayonnaise - 1 tsp horseradish - 1 tbsp pickle juice - 1 tsp hot sauce - 1 tsp mustard Ingredients fried shrimp/prawns - Peeled and deveined prawns or shrimp (3-4 per sandwich) - 1 cup cornmeal - 2 eggs, beaten - 1 tbsp milk - 2 tbsp old bay seasoning - Salt to taste - Oil to fy Method 1. Mix the cornmeal, old bay, and some salt and place the prawns/shrimp into the mix and cover well 2. Mix together the milk and eggs and add your prawns/shrimp into it, and then again into the cornmeal mix. 3. Fry at 170c for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
