Single Kettlebell Swing Snatch

This is an exercise demo for how to do a Single Kettlebell Swing Snatch. For reference, “swing” refers to the kettlebell being swung down with each rep. With that, a prerequisite of this exercise is the one arm kettlebell swing. If you don’t know how to do that, learn it first: The swing portion of the KB swing snatch allows you to bring the kettlebell down in a more dynamic manner. So, rather than bringing it down to a rack position from overhead, you will let it fall forward and swing between your legs. Be sure to brace your core at this time. The swing also allows you to use hip extension for explosive force to drive the kettlebell up and overhead. Essentially, the movement is the same as the kettlebell swing but with the added snatch at the top.
