Remaking Furs (1941)

No title - Remaking furs. Location of events unknown. M/S of a big pile of fur coats. M/S of a salon, Mr A. G. Grubert (?) walks up and examines an old ermine wrap which a lady has brought in for rejuvenation. An assistant shows her some new styles and she chooses one. M/S of a machine beating the old coat, then the fur is blown and combed. A man dips a feather in dye and starts to give it a new shade. It is then brushed and sprayed a different colour. Various shots of a man spraying white fox furs with dark stripes and hanging them up in rows. Various shots showing a man examining the coat which has had all the bad parts removed. The missing sections are matched with similar new sections. Someone matches new sections of Indian lamb to another coat. Various shots of machinists sewing them together.
