You might know that my dad, Greg Martin, has been building custom Redtail guitars for me since 1992 and you can find the very first one, Brownie, in an old video for PGS: Here, we discuss our memories of the guitar making process and what resources were available in the pre-internet days! This was a very spontaneous filming, since my parents were visiting from CO and he mainly brought them since I hadn’t seen them in over 15 years. My sister Erica has been playing guitar off and on ever since these guitars were given to her and now, after a fresh setup they, are ready for another decade or two.
