MORE ABOUT EMMA: Emma’s passion and technical ability in hooping have led her to create widely-used material and methods in the hooping community. She balances her love for exploring and experimenting with new material with a rigorous training regimen that ensures a solid foundation in her artistry. Emma’s journey into the circus world started when she discovered hula hoops at age 20 while working and traveling in New Zealand. She continued to hone her craft by attending the 3rd year program at Flic Scuola di Circo in Italy and participating in a self-organized juggling formation in France called FAAAC. Emma also trained under Yuri Pozdnyakov in Kiev, Ukraine. Her unconventional path has led her to become a skilled and innovative performer in the circus arts.
