Navratri Day 5 ❤️
.
Goddess Skandamata is the fifth form of the Hindu goddess Durga and is worshipped on the fifth day of Navratri. Her name comes from the words “Skanda”, which is another name for the war god Kartikeya, and “Mātā”, which means mother.
She represents motherhood, love, compassion, protection, and the tenacity of a mother’s consideration.
