Greensleeves – an old English ballad (guitar cover)

A famous old English song (16th century). According to legend, the ballad “Greensleeves” was composed by the King of England Henry XVIII Tudor (1509 – 1547) for his beloved Anne Boleyn (ironically, she was later executed by him). However, now it is believed that the ballad has Italian roots and did not reach Britain until the reign of Elizabeth (1558 - 1603). I found the sheet music here (arr. by M.
