Crazy scenes of chaos in Mexico! A monstrous storm flooded Guadalajara!

Mexico continues to suffer from extreme weather. 10 days ago, Hurricane Hilary swept through Baja California. And on the last day of August, a strong storm flooded Guadalajara. The streets of the metropolis literally turned into rivers, chaos formed on the roads. The downpour caused flooding and stopped traffic. People were trapped in their own cars. The first floors and basements of buildings were partly flooded. The drainage system is out of order. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Guadalajara is the capital of the state of Jalisco. Founded in 1542. The city is known as the Pearl of the West and the City of Roses. The population is about 1,460,000 people.
