Hey, it’s Andy Bolton here. In this video you will see my Partial Deadlift Training from Wednesday 7th September 2011 at Rall’s Gym, Leeds, England.
Here you will see me doing some partial Deadlifts from knee height, over the weeks the height will come down . Here I warmed up and then worked up to 520kg (1144lbs) for a single rep. All sets were fast and explosive.
The workout finished with assistance exercises for my Lats and Upper Back. I did 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps of Hammer Strength Rows, V-Bar PullDowns and Straight Arm Pull Downs.
I am now 6 weeks out from the Bullfarm Powerlifting meet in Finland on October 8th 2011.
