The Adventures of Duckleberry Finn Duckleberry Finn is the worlds first amphibious Pedal Paddle recumbent bike boat capable of passing through very shallow water and over weeds without damaging the drive system. On land, it converts into ’Road Mode’ as a bike and (rather heavy and wobbly) trailer. The build took two days and uses an inflatable stand-up paddle board by Two Bare Feet as the floatation component Amidst one of the harshest droughts and heatwaves the UK has seen, I attempted to travel 100 miles from the navigable source of the River Wye at Glasbury to the river mouth at Chepstow and then 50 miles back to the start by road. Pedal Paddle is being developed into a product that excels in shallow and weedy water.
