Kaitlin Armstrong Trial OPENING STATEMENTS and Arrest Affidavit

Kaitlin Armstrong, 35 is on trial for the murder of professional cyclist Anna Moriah (Mo) Wilson, 25, which took place on May 11th, 2022 in Texas. She could face up to 99 years in prison if convicted; prosecutors are not pursuing the death penalty. Mo had traveled to Hico, Texas for a cycling race and had spent the evening of May 11th swimming with Colin Strickland (Kaitlin’s boyfriend) and grabbing a bite to eat. Colin is also a professional cyclist who would be competing in the race. There was a 43 day manhunt for Kaitlin, who was found in Costa Rica with a new name and a new face (plastic surgery).
