VERSAVATH ¨EP¨ ¨Versavath¨ 2019

Versavath is a Brazilian Extreme Metal band, as per themselves define. It was idealized in the late 90’s by members of the old band Angel of Light. However, what was left from that, was only some accords. Now, twenty years later, Sabatani, Morthiis and Agnus, reunited in order to perpetuate this idea by them called Extreme Metal. The band’s songs contains the whole journey experienced by its members, as pioneers of the Brazilian Black Metal scene in the early 90’s, in addition to current new influences they have had in their individual projects. The Extreme Metal of Versavath, has all the aggressiveness and speed expected by the old metal school admirers, as well as the technique and atmosphere of Progressive Black Metal currently used by great icons of this style. This is the history behind the first EP, “Versavath”, which is here to stablish a new moment to Brazilian Metal scene.
