The Entertainer | Scott Joplin | One Woman Orchestra

I love this piece! It’s a fun little ragtime by Scott Joplin The Entertainer. I can relate to this piano piece! So much goes unseen in a life of an entertainer. Yet one always have to have a smily face and a professional facade. Enjoy this lighthearted ragtime with a deeper meaning behind. As always I recorded ALL THE PARTS on the VIOLIN as part of my One Woman Orchestra project ❤️❤️❤️ This project is all about what one instrument can do when combined with a bit of skill and lots and lots of dedication! In this time of never-ending stress of a post-pandemic world, I focus on finding joy and peace in beautiful music. I’m based in the United States but love to travel all over the world! If you are curious to learn more about me, here we go! I’ve been described by Manhattan International Artists as a violinist who’s “performances reflect a great musicality, depth of interpretation, and technical expertise needed to distinguish oneself in the world of professional performance.” And I’ve been described by my friends as “spending too much money on coffee.“ I graduated from the Saint Petersburg Conservatory in Russia and have performed extensively in the United States, Europe and the Philippines, as well as here on the web! Here is the part where I (very humbly!) brag about all the competitions and awards I’ve won. I am a winner of the Liszt-Garrison International Competition, John Oliveira String Competition, Lynn University Concerto Competition, Moscow Chamber Music Competition, Saint Petersburg Chamber Music Competition, and a scholarship recipient of the National Society of Arts and Letters and Boca West Country Club. I received the Akademia Music Award and the Global Music Award for my recordings of modern American music. I was also a finalist of the Coleman, Fischoff, and Arriaga chamber music competitions; Doublestop Foundation String Competition; Violin of the North Music Competition; and a Carnegie Hall Fellowship. I was a special guest in a nationally televised broadcast of a Christmas concert in the Philippines and I have also appeared in the theater and television circuits in Saint Petersburg, Russia. As you can see, I’m pretty good with a violin! I’m also a published author. I have published a book of poetry, as well as a fiction novel and a fantasy novel. ➡️ FTC disclaimer: I also wanted to let you know to please assume that any links leading you to products or services are affiliate links that I will receive compensation from.
