This commercial was shot on location of the Wien Westbahnhof for the Austrian Railway ÖBB (Österreichische Bundesbahnen) from August 20 to 23, 1999. Sadly without Jackie Chan. You can clearly see Jackie with his SHANGHAI NOON hair, since he was shooting the movie in Canada at that moment and sent his footage recorded in front of a green screen. Fun fact: The commercial’s shooting began the same day the shooting of SHANGHAI NOON ended. The spot had its premiere on October 10, 1999, on Austrian television channels ORF1 and ORF2 at 7:25 p.m. 🇦🇹 Also, you can hear Jackie Chan speaking German: “Man fährt wieder Bahn.“ ÖBB’s tagline is translated as “People are taking the train again.“ which is actually correct.
