(M17 Preview) ToMM Critsev fix Wizard PoV

This is a look at ToMM post the Critsev fix. I have made some adjustments to my gameplay to compensate. Phase 1&2: Remains the same. Phase 3: Slot shield on tab at 70%, replace repel with Entangling Force (post the Repel nerf Imo EF is better than Repel). Unslot Shield at 40%, switch EF to mastery and reslot Repel. Phase 4: Slot Shield again to compensate for Sunfall.
