Astroscale spacecraft captures stunning time-lapses of space debris launched in 2009
Astroscale’s ADRAS-J mission completed fly arounds of a Japanese H-IIA rocket upper stage in July 2024. The imagery will be potentially be used for a future mission to remove the debris from orbit.
The upper stage was launched in 2009.
