Flan Creme Caramel Custard - HoneysuckleCatering

EASY FRENCH DESSERT (tested by myself) One of my friend’s favourite French dessert (she will recognize herself) : caramel renversé. Please activate the English subtitles on the video. Ingredients (in the video it is with American metrics, here I convert in grams and litre and celcius): Pre-heated oven: 150°C - 4 whole eggs - 2 egg yolks - 100g of sugar - 600g (=600mL) of milk - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For the Caramel (be super careful, don’t let the caramel touch your skin, you will be instantly burned!) : - 150g of sugar - 120g (=120mL) cup water
