This 20 minute booty pump model workout will give you a perky booty and sculpt your glutes. You can do this workout at home with dumbbells and a kettlebell for the extra burn & to make your bum grow faster. If you don’t have weights you can also do it without them. I chose exercises that I’ve been doing before a model job, it’s the perfect routine for a round booty without growing glutes. During these 20 minutes, we focus on lifting the bum, make it toned & perky! I suggest you to combine this workout at home with my other booty workouts.
